we've got a new small decking area that we haven't been able to enjoy much yet as there has been rain, rain and more rain over the weekend.

Toystoragebag
these storage boxes are on my wish list. in the meantime, I had to make a little circle bag to store all the little toys I am stepping on from one room to another. I used some Ikea fabric and a bit of batting.

we are away for the rest of the week
have a look at the (home made) video Julian made for Stereolab's new single
enjoy the end of the week!

Love the green sofa and the cushions colour scheme..
At the weekend I felt the urge of making something out of a nice and light orangey corduroy fabric I just got.

Newcordpants

I quickly gave up the idea of trying to figure out how to make myself some fly fronted trousers without any pattern whatsoever and made a mini elasticated version for Lucien instead.
I just copied the pattern of another pair of corduroy trousers he was given (coming from here )

nice and comfy

now if you've got a few hours to spare have a look at L'Officiel de la Mode's archives starting from 1921.
