Snow made an appearance this weekend so we postponed our plans to venture to the beach.
Instead we put up our new clock purchased from the very good and much talked about H is for home online shop.
We had an Easter egg hunt indoors. Léon is wearing his bunny hat I made last year.
I had to make one for little Lucien too. I used a thick velvety material and lined it with a very thin cotton fabric. Hope your weekend was good.
I feel like doing a bit of spring cleaning around the house as dust is settling in everywhere. I have started tidying up my little sewing corner and my inspiration board and I feel much better already. you can see more pics here .
Last week I got tagged by lovely Marion to reveal some of my 'petits plaisirs' (..little pleasures). I was tagged a few times in the past and failed to play the game (sorry, i'm a bit useless at times..) so here I am:
- I love having a little chat with little Lucien when he wakes up in the morning
- I love spending an hour on the phone with my dear friend talking about nothing in particular
- I love listening to the French radio programs at lunchtime
- I love when Léon and I sing along to our favourite cd while driving around town

pff.. the shop is finally updated with a few creatures and a postcard . I know Easter is round the corner but the rabbits (Eddy and Ozzie) have decided to go on a holiday break and won't be available this time. the truth or rather the reality is I wanted to design a new rabbit and ran out of time.

Thank you all for your kind comments about the Lumi dolls, it felt nice to make something new. The dolls have now gone to a West London shop whom I had created them for, they went along with this dotted green number above.
my softbird postcards arrived in the post today, they turned out very nice and will be in the shop early next week along with some new Babette.
Talking about Babette, I was surprised and very pleased to see one of them featured in the new issue of Small magazine next to some of my favourite designers.
